i've gotten a promotion.
USED TO BE: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Now:
POST: ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
STATUS: MORE WORK TO DO;
salary remains the same for another 2 mths..
onli aft 2 mths, it will be revised..
WAT THE.........
alrdy i hv so much of work to do..
tis mth is billin mth..
there'll be hundreds of chqs comin in..
which i hv to cancel, key-in, prepare bank-in slips & go to bank..
in between, i'll hv to update chnge in address, ownerships,
Sec47, print labels, prepare chq summary, send out chqs to contractors, filing...
now, i hv MORE filing to do, ans each & every stupid call, call up council members
to remind them of meetings, invoices, AGMs, mailing..
woah... i'm gonna hafta slog like a cow man...
tdy's the second day..
ma boss terminated the admin staff on fri.
wat a tragic irony man...
the day before, i tot i was gonna be terminated but when i went to work on fri,
i hear news tat the admin staff has been terminated..
& tat they've appointed me as the new admin cum accounts assistant..
i definitely dint see it comin....
i've found out tat they're not gonna let me go till JUNE 2007.
which is not a totally gud news to me..
considering the way they're treatin me.....
they'll be very lucky if i stay on till the end of tis yr..
they better be considerin to look for another staff in case of anything..
spoke to Shantha yday..
for very long..
spoke to her on ma way to post ofc & bak to ofc..
took ma own sweet time to go bak..
despite the hot weather, i felt gud..
she has always made ma day..
thks gal =)
had a gud luff aft quite some time..
i also spoke to her aft comin home...
haha!! cont the story frm where we left off in the aftnoon..
but there's more story to talk..
life is so borin nowadays:
wake up in the morning, go to work,
then come bak home, eat, watch tv, slp..
nxt day do the same thing..
it goes on like tis frm mon to fri..
come sat, it's half-day at work..
thk god man.. but if sat no work, better still.. ;-)
haiz... every sat also hafta go to work..
i wish tis life can end soon...
i'll be goin to skul nxt yr..
reli reli wish the days will pass fast..
